We are looking for detail-oriented and organized individuals to join us for the role of Administrative Assistant (Fixed Term).
In this role, you will provide administrative support in various tasks including but not limited to managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing general clerical duties.

What the role will entail
Assists in the coordination of administrative functions
Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Develop and maintain a filing system
Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences
Performs such other department-related tasks
What were looking for
Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Human Resources or related course
1-2 years proven experience in an administrative function
Open to fresh graduates with strong organizational and documentation skills
