Althion is a Hyderabad based med-tech/water-tech company developing and manufacturing an exciting portfolio of medical devices and equipment. With initial R&D and manufacturing set-up funded by BIRAC, and solid traction in India for its line of kidney dialysis grade ultra-pure water products, Althion is now well positioned to expand to other markets. We are looking to strengthen our R&D program in our world-class facility. Adminstrative and Accounts Assistant Exciting role involving great learning opportunities in administration and accounting. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accounts with Tally ERP 9 • Track payables, receivables, inventory using Tally • Maintain and track vouchers for cash payments • Assist Senior management with scheduling meetings, calls, travel etc • Willingness to learn about documentation of Board Meetings, Minutes, etc • Handle purchases as well as invoicing, e-way bills, etc • Follow up for receivables Required Qualifications • B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA • 1 to 4 Years of experience in working with Tally ERP 9 • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Attractive package with ESOPs and performance incentives
