About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Documentation Management: Organize, file, and maintain records and documents in both digital and physical formats. 2. Data Entry: Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. 3. Assistance in Scheduling: Help in organizing meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments. 4. Office Supplies Management: Track inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed. 5. Support to Teams: Assist various departments with their administrative requirements, such as preparing reports, presentations, or communication materials. 6. Client Interaction: Respond to basic inquiries via email or phone, and redirect them to the relevant department when necessary. 7. Internal Communication: Assist in disseminating memos, announcements, and other internal updates. 8. Event Support: Help in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, or training sessions. 9. Vendor Coordination: Interact with vendors for office services such as cleaning, maintenance, or other essentials. 10. Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies in daily operations. 11. Record Audits: Assist in periodic checks to ensure all files and documentation are up-to-date and compliant. 12. Troubleshooting: Provide basic support for minor office issues like printer jams or organizing workspaces. 13.
