As an Administration Coordinator, you will plan and execute the administration function related to leave distribution, manpower resource deployment and stores planning and management for the Department in accordance with Company/ Departmental regulations, to ensure optimum utilisation of resources to cover the 24 hrs shift operations whilst maintaining an effective quality service delivery, in adherence with the SOP. Maintain adequate stationery, a regular contact with Customs for unclaimed bags and ensure all equipment are functional for a smooth operation.
In this role, you will:
Monitor the daily schedule of the Department Head/ Skywards Leadership Team and furnish required information/documentation for meetings/appointments, by co-ordinating with sources within and outside the Department.
Provide other secretarial services to the Department Head/ Skywards Leadership Team on a timely and efficient basis.
Be fully conversant with the activities of the organisation to liaise effectively and in a professional manner with senior executives and external contacts on behalf of the Department Head/ Skywards Leadership Team.
Screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses, re-direct correspondence and collate to the appropriate person obtaining additional information where necessary.
Assist Skywards Administration Officer Supervise the Department's attendance records, overtime claims, duty travel claims and validate such claims are prepared within financial guidelines and relevant company policy.
