Job Purpose
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to provide administrative and reception desk support services to the Directorate Corporate Communication.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
Recommendation
A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.
NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
Key Performance Areas
Render general clerical support services; Provide reception / front office support; Provide supply chain clerical support services; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component provide financial administration support services in the component.

Remuneration
R 228 321- R 268 950 per annum (Salary Level 5)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Notes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to complete a practical assessment and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
