Job Description
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree from any major from reputable university
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Willing to work with shift hours
Willing to be placed at Slipi, JDC, Kemang, Plaza Indonesia, IDD PIK2
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and generating sales reports
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials
Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs efficiently
Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the team
