About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Marketing and Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Strivechem Indonesia. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This position is based in our Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi, Jawa Barat office.
What you'll be doing
Assists the marketing and sales teams in preparing tender proposals and quotations, from information gathering to document completion.
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring all customer and sales information is up-to-date
Supporting the sales team with the preparation of sales reports and analysis
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and initiatives
Providing general office support as needed, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the marketing or sales function
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the chemical industry or a similar B2B environment would be an advantage
