RCL Foods is currently looking for a Admin Claims Clerk to join our Groceries & Spreads Business Unit. The role is based in Boksburg and will report to the Outbound Logistics Lead. SIQALO FOODS is looking for an incumbent to ensure that all claims are tracked and closed out timeously. Follow up on outstanding PODs where claims are due and ensure that DHL- Warehouse team provides feedback on all claims raised by customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
Update claims tracker (Open, In progress and Closed)
Responsible for Woolworths back-to-back Reverse logistics.
Checking Woolworths Portal for delivery discrepancies
Claims processing
Vetting PODs received from VPT for shipments with discrepancies
Sending shipments with discrepancies to the Warehouse team for investigations
Requesting for Approval for every credit that needs to be passed.
Liaise with VPT for Outstanding PODs
Closing of shipments for Replenishment loads
Scanning replenishment loads PODs to SAP
Information and data management
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain
SAP Knowledge and proficiency in excel is an added advantage
2 years FMCG or Supply Chain experience
