Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare schedule and materials for new staff induction and briefing.
Collate all training requirements and forward to the Human Resource Manager for staff training and development.
Work with the Human Resource Manager in issuing loans to eligible staff.
Prepare and issue disciplinary memos to staff with approval from the Human Resource Manager.
Assist the Human Resource Manager in processing staff leave applications and scheduling staff shifts.
Participate in recruiting new staff and conducting exit interviews.
Assist the Human Resource Manager in conducting staff appraisals.
Collate timesheets and prepare staff payroll.
Help schedule staff holiday breaks and issue staff uniforms.
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and procure replacements when necessary.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of staff files.
Collate and send overtime reports to the HR Manager for review.
Work with the Operations Manager to oversee admin office repairs.
Assist with the staff confirmation process.
Keep track of staff's important dates and anniversaries.
Ensure the first aid kit is stocked up and properly utilized.
Distribute ID cards and business cards to staff.
Manage the issuing and renewal of staff ID cards.
Perform any other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
2 years experience
Minimum of HND
