Noorka Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily administrative operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing essential support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and documentation.
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
Support other departments with clerical tasks and general office management.
Handle courier services, travel arrangements, and other logistics-related admin duties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a logistics or corporate setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
