Introduction We are recruiting an Accreditation & Content Specialist to join the Pretoria-East office of a trainig solutions provider. Minimum Requirements HR qualification (NQF6 +) Registered SDF with one or more SETA’s. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. 4+ years’ experience in a learning consulting environment. Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise. Overview of position The Accreditation & Content Specialist is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions while managing training and learning development projects. This role requires expertise in instructional design, e-learning technologies, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality training programs that meet organizational and client needs. The incumbent will oversee project planning, manage instructional design teams, liaise with clients, and ensure the successful delivery of training initiatives, including accreditations, course development, and student support. Instructional Design & Learning Development Design, develop, and implement e-learning and blended learning solutions using instructional design methodologies. Develop interactive e-learning experiences using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Animate, and other industry-standard platforms. Conduct training needs analysis and create curriculum plans based on client requirements. Oversee the quality assurance of learning materials to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Stay updated with learning technology trends and recommend innovative approaches to improve learning effectiveness. Manage voice-over production, script development, and multimedia content creation. Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement Develop and execute learning project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful and timely delivery. Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams, including recruitment, mentoring, and learning success management. Provide regular project updates, reports, and data-driven insights to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential project risks while ensuring smooth execution. Accreditations, Compliance & Student Support Manage accreditation processes and ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory standards. Support learners throughout their learning journey by providing guidance and addressing learning challenges. Oversee assessment development and learner evaluations to measure effectiveness. Ensure compliance with WSP/ATR, EE & B-BBEE requirements. Scope of Projects Account Management - This service includes customer services, success services, reporting services and monthly progress meetings. At this point the Learning Consultant's goal is to build relationships within the client environment, renew contracts, drive renewal and add-on sales, and ensure quarterly client assessments are done. Account Management includes budget management, project team management, and managing partners delivering services (such as Learnerships contracted via partners on behalf of clients) Large Scale Internship Programmes – Ensuring the successful onboarding, delivery and off-boarding of Internship solutions. Learning Technology Management - Learning consultants must be skilled in the use and deployment of our systems with the support from a strong technical team. Short Course Management - Our courses include CPD Short Courses, Masterclasses, CK Connect, Micro Learning, and in some cases client bespoke training courses. The LC will be responsible for the successful delivery of the courses. Package & Remuneration Negotiable, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
