Accountant

Role Description:

This role involves working accounting software that streamlines several crucial financial tasks such as invoicing, expenses, inventory, purchase orders, reporting, and dashboards. It automates many accounting processes, providing customization to accommodate the unique needs of various businesses. The software allows users to send invoices online, receive payments, integrate with other systems, and gain valuable insights into financial performance through robust reporting capabilities.

We are looking for an Inter CA candidate with a strong understanding of accounting principles and keen attention to detail to join our dynamic team in Lower Parel Mumbai, Virar, Vadodra or Bhuj. The ideal candidate will play a key role Corporate Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Software Feature Testing identifying issues, and providing insightful recommendations to enhance functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accounting and billing management tasks for company and our clients in USA/India

Perform HR & Payroll Accounting Tasks

Test accounting / investment modules in our software for accuracy, reliability, and ease of use

Identify bugs or discrepancies and collaborate with developers for resolution

Evaluate workflows and lead process improvements

Provide regular feedback on UI/UX from an accountant’s perspective

Work closely with lead US accountants and software development teams.

Qualifications:

3+ Years experience as an Accountant.

Inter CA or equivalent accounting qualification in progress

Strong understanding of accounting systems and reporting

Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills

Expertise in financial technology tools.

Can speak in English fluently and comfortable communicating with US team
