Account Receivable Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing legal opinion or advices on corporate issues or company’s plan related to government regulation.

Generate A/R balancing based on bank statement.

Validate the bank statement.

Daily report sales.

Manage and prepare cash flow projection.

Follow up A/R issue.

Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipts logs and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.

Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management and cost accounting.

Requirements:

Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent from reputable university.

At least 2 Years of working experience in related field.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa), good command of written and spoken English.

Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping.

Ability to work in a team.

Excellent in numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel).

Attention to detail.
