Job Description

Responsible for developing, acquiring, retaining and resolving client and/or business partners to achieve high sales targets and ensures that client’s needs and expectations are timely met for continues patronage to the company’s products and services JOB PURPOSE GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Scope and Range Accountabilities Areas of Duties and Responsibilities: Aurora, Zambales, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac The Assigned Area will be regional but the reporting site will be on our Head Office at Pasig City. Strives to build, maintain and create strong client relationship to achieve high sales target. Analyzes current customer base, including portfolios, to identify potential sales and business opportunities. Does the acquisition, negotiation and presentation of the company’s products and services to prospective and existing partners. Develops in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and partners and industry trends. Develops rapport with new clients and business partners and set targets for sales and provides support that continually improve the relationship. Full implementation and roll out of the new partner’s services by managing the whole project covering the following aspects: Contract finalization System development and deployment Finance / Reconciliation Training / Advisory Operational requirements (processing guidelines, adjustments, handling and complaints handling) Manages and monitors the overall product / service sales performance of the assigned client and/or partner. Ensures implementation and effectiveness of marketing programs and initiatives that generates and increase sales. Ensures compliance to all TPA contract “Performance Commitments” like posting of the required bond, payment of accreditation / annual fees and monthly marketing support (MSF), company’s branding and promotions, non-compete or exclusivity clause, SPM permit, etc. Ensures timely renewal / upgrade of TPA agreement and Bond upgrade. Resolves complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes. Ensures timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
