What You’ll Do As an Account Management Intern, you’ll work closely with our Client Servicing & Strategy Team to ensure smooth project execution and maintain strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Client Communication & Support • Assist in managing client accounts, maintaining clear and professional communication. • Help prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports. • Coordinate between internal creative teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Project Coordination • Support the team in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops. • Assist in briefing creative teams based on client requirements. • Ensure that all client requests and updates are communicated effectively. Market Research & Insights • Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to provide insights for client strategies. • Monitor trends in advertising, branding, and digital marketing to help shape innovative campaigns. Administrative & Organizational Support • Help maintain account documentation, contracts, and reports. • Assist in organizing client meetings, follow-ups, and internal discussions. What We’re Looking For ✔ Students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related fields. ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ A keen interest in advertising, branding, and digital marketing. ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. ✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ✔ Prior internship experience in marketing or account management is a plus!
