Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist with bookkeeping and preparation of financial documents.
Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and data entry.
Help reconcile accounts and support monthly financial reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records in both physical and digital formats.
Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenditure reports.
Collaborate with the Accountant and administrative team on day-to-day finance operations.
Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Completed NYSC Programme
Membership of a professional body (ICAN, ANAN) is preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and communication skills.
