About the Role:

Flywyzz is inviting applications for an experienced Academic Coordinator to oversee and manage our aviation training programs. We are looking for a passionate professional with a strong background in aviation (preferably Senior Cabin Crew or other leadership roles) and a minimum of 10 years of experience. Your leadership will ensure smooth academic operations and an outstanding learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of aviation training programs.

Supervise academic schedules, faculty assignments, and training sessions.

Ensure compliance with aviation training standards and regulatory guidelines.

Mentor and guide students throughout their academic journey.

Collaborate with trainers, management, and administrative teams to improve course delivery.

Conduct academic audits, ensure quality standards, and implement improvements.

Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.

Act as the first point of contact for academic escalations and student queries.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation, preferably in senior roles (Cabin Crew In-Charge, Training Lead, Aviation Faculty, etc.).

Proven experience in academic coordination, training, or student mentorship is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Strong understanding of aviation standards and training procedures.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
