Position Overview: 1 Month Skills Development Accelerator Internship (Remote and unpaid) Role Description Our Accelerator Internship program will equip you with exposure to our 3 key areas of focus,, namely:, Acquisitions, Sales, and Operations. You will rotate between these three departments during the internship. Working together with our Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for: · Creating sales and marketing material that speaks to our client needs. · Event-specific research and blog writing, with blogs being shared on our company website. · Developing organisation strategies with our COO. · A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship. Working together with our Commercial Director, you will be responsible for: · Researching and assessing potential acquisition prospectives. · Researching and assessing acquisition information. · Join as a 2nd chair to procurement calls along with our Commercial Director and get exposure to real life procurement interactions. · Developing acquisition and procurement strategies with our Commercial Director. · A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship. Working together with our Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Researching and assessing potential leads. Join as a 2nd chair to client calls along with our Commercial Manager to get exposure to real life client interactions. Developing sales strategies covering cold calls and sales tools with our Commercial Manager. A mini presentation to the Management Team at the end of your internship. Requirements: Have completed at least 2nd year of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, or a management-related course; Have own laptop and a stable internet connection. Have an inverter to ensure Wi-Fi capability is unaffected by the loadshedding schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of digital platforms. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
