This role is designed for freshers or entry-level candidates who want to kickstart their careers in sales. The selected candidates will undergo hands-on training in sales processes, customer engagement, and lead conversion. Based on performance, this position offers a full-time employment opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Learn and understand Platestory’s products, services, and sales strategies. • Engage with potential customers through various channels (calls, messages, social media, and in-person interactions). • Collect and maintain customer data for follow-ups and relationship management. • Assist in closing sales and achieving revenue targets. • Work closely with senior sales executives to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns. • Support promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales. • Track and report sales activities and progress to the management team.
