Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of SSCE, Trade Test Certificate, or relevant technical training in welding or metal fabrication

Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a welder in construction, manufacturing, or related industries

Proficiency in arc, MIG, TIG, and/or gas welding techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures

Physical strength and stamina for handling heavy materials and working in various positions
