Warehouse and Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

Check and confirm quantity and expiry dates of all inbound and outbounds in the warehouse

Participate in monthly stock count

Ensure that all materials purchased are of appropriate quality, quantity, and expiration date.

Inspect, shelf, and distribute orders received into the warehouse

Monitor expiry dates of products in the warehouse and notify the SCE and SCO ahead two to three months to the date of expiry.

Create and maintain relationship with existing wholesale vendors

Responsible for placing weekly and just-in-time orders with wholesale vendors

Ensure that processes deliver expected results.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and Professional:

Educational Qualification Required

First degree

Experience:

At least two years working experience in any relevant field.

Competence Required

Communication skills

Warehouse management

Planning and organizational skills

Ability to participate in teamwork and collaboration.
