Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service as well as initiating sales
Answer questions about products and the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take orders and forward to front office for processing in an accurate manner
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going
Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Do any other duty assigned to you by management.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or a similar field.
At 3 years works experience with a proven track record.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Experience working with CRM and telephone systems
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
