Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess effective instructional activities that promote student learning and development. The ideal candidate will create an inclusive, positive classroom environment, support the academic and personal growth of students, and engage with families and colleagues to ensure a holistic educational experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilites:

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with approved curriculum standards.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and continuous assessment.

Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage improvement and growth.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student performance and behavior.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.

Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.

Support students' social and emotional development alongside academic goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.

Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.

Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms is a plus.
