Position Summary:

The Tax Staff is responsible for preparing tax payment slips, assisting with tax refunds, supporting VAT, withholding, and employee tax reporting, and managing tax documentation and filings to ensure compliance with regulations.

Day to Day Activity as Tax Staff

• Prepare and calculate tax payment slips.

• Assist in handling tax refunds.

• Support the completion of tax invoices and tax reports, including VAT, withholding tax, and employee income tax.

• Prepare and maintain tax documentation and databases.

Required Education, Experience, and Skill:

Education: Minimum of a D3 (Diploma) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.

Experience: Prior experience as a Tax Staff is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Skill necessary:

• Holding Brevet A and B certifications is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and tax-related software/applications.
