Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the global point of contact (POC) for the weekly Recruitment Approval Committee (RAC) process, coordinating with regional POCs and the HR Operations Department (HROD).
Manage recruitment and onboarding survey data for New York and London, with potential expansion to other offices.
Lead the creation of quarterly recruitment newsletters and manage a global recruitment Teams channel to facilitate updates, communication, and best practice sharing.
Maintain and update the Global Recruitment Portal on the firm’s intranet, including org charts, guidelines, and newsletters.
Keep the Recruitment Community distribution list updated and accurate.
Handle data requests such as agency spend, hire volume, cost-per-hire, and early careers data, while providing analysis and insights on recruitment performance.
Manage the global Pirical account, ensuring optimal usage, report generation, and timely renewals.
Oversee ServiceNow projects, including interview scheduling, onboarding pilots, and knowledge base updates.
Liaise with the HRIS team for applicant tracking system (ATS)-related queries, reports, and enhancements.
Partner with the Compliance team on recruitment matters and assist with periodic agency data clean-up.
Support global recruitment initiatives by collaborating closely with Regional Recruitment Leads and the Recruitment Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/College degree required.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in recruitment operations within a multinational, professional, or financial services environment.
Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) for data analysis and presentation.
Experience with HR/Recruitment Systems (Taleo, viRecruit, etc.) and case management systems (ServiceNow).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Amenable to work in rotating shifts across APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones.
Open to report onsite 5x a week in BGC, Taguig.
