As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient store environment, driving sales, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Description
Manage the overall operations of the supermarket, ensuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and organization.
Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees, providing guidance and training as needed.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and product displays.
Monitor sales performance and take action to meet or exceed targets.
Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and legal compliance standards.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team building.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail supermarket or similar environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
