Sr. QA Analyst

The Senior QA Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that our ERP system and related applications function correctly before deployment. The role involves preparing test scripts, supporting execution during Functional Unit Testing and System Integration Testing, and leading UAT coordination with business teams.

• Design and maintain test scripts for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing based on business requirements.

• Perform manual testing as the primary method and contribute to test automation efforts where applicable to improve coverage and efficiency.

• Coordinate with functional teams and developers to ensure test execution, defect tracking, and timely issue resolution.

• Lead UAT planning, execution, documentation, and sign-off with business users.

• Support go-live readiness by validating system behavior and assisting in assessing critical issues during deployment.

• Contribute to QA process improvements and help drive adoption of testing standards across project teams.

• Work across multiple projects or releases simultaneously, helping maintain QA consistency and supporting ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience, preferably in ERP, business systems, or enterprise applications.

• Skilled in test case creation, documentation, and coordination with developers and functionals.

• Experience with Functional Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing, and UAT, including defect lifecycle management.

• Proficient in tools such as JIRA (with Zephyr), Azure DevOps, or other platforms used for both test management and defect tracking.

• Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus but not required.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across IT and business users.
