Job Title: Sales Officer (Work from Anywhere)

Salary: N100,000/month (Payable upon achieving at least 60% of monthly target) + Commission

About the Role

Queens MPCS LTD is seeking self-motivated and ambitious Sales Officers to drive the growth of our loan and savings products. This is a remote, performance-based role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning based on your results.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s loan and savings products to individuals, groups, and small businesses.

• Achieve a monthly sales target of N7 million, with at least N4.2 million (60%) required to unlock base salary.

• Generate quality leads through referrals, and direct engagement.

• Educate prospects on the benefits of consistent saving to qualify for loan access.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and savings/loan performance.

• Provide after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc.

• Prior experience in sales, microfinance, digital marketing, or customer acquisition is a plus.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.

• Must have access to a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.

• meeting a minimum of 60% of the monthly target (N 4.2million)

• Below 60% target: Payment will be based strictly on performance (Pay-As-You-Earn structure)

• Commission: Competitive percentage on all sales made

• Salary Increment: Increased to ₦120,000 after 3 months of consistent performance
