Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, demonstrate, and promote software products to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course.
0–2 years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role (experience in software sales is a plus).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
