Sales Administration - Quotation

About the role

We are looking for a detailed and organized Sales Administration - Quotation to join the dynamic team at PT FUJI BUILDING MATERIAL TRADINGS. In this full-time role based in Tangerang Banten, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative support to the sales team, with a focus on preparing accurate and timely quotations for customers.

What you'll be doing

Receive and process quotation requests.

Manage Quotation Process

Coordinate with other departments regarding quotation needs.

Ensure data used in quotation is always accurate.

Create reports related to quotation activities.

Preferred education bachelor's degree or above

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Must be fluent in English

Having similar experience is a plus.
