Job Description
Responsibilities
As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for performingroutine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct sampling and testing according to standard procedures (e.g., moisture, weight, packaging integrity).
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
Maintain accurate QA documentation, including test results, checklists, and non-conformance reports.
Report and escalate any deviations or quality issues to QA Supervisor.
Verify cleanliness and hygiene of production equipment and work areas
Assist in internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in the food or snack manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of food safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, ISO9001.
Good observation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work shifts or weekends as needed.
