Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Researching and qualifying investor leads
• Sourcing new contacts across angel networks, family offices, and venture funds
• Initiating introductions for the senior team
• Assisting in personalizing outreach efforts
• Segmenting investor groups for targeted communication strategies
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align investor messaging
• Preparing and analyzing reports on investor engagement
• Maintaining up-to-date records of investor interactions
• Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities
• Supporting the development of investor presentation materials
• The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential investors.
• Develop Strong Relationships: Establish rapport with potential members, comprehend their challenges, and offer personalized solutions to facilitate conversion.
• Navigate the Sales Cycle: Assist potential members throughout the sales cycle, guiding them from initial interest to successful subscription conversion.
• Handle Inquiries and Overcome Objections: Address customer questions and concerns, providing effective solutions and negotiating skillfully to close sales.
• Meet Conversion Targets: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve both individual and team-based conversion goals.
• Maintain CRM Records: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of prospect interactions and account details within the CRM system.
• Contribute to a Collaborative Environment: Work as part of a dynamic team, sharing insights and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
• Direct Impact: Play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of DFX.
• Exposure to Technology: Gain proficiency in leading fintech startup tools and platforms.
• Note: This position involves daily interactions with founders, angel investors, VCs, PE family offices

• Passion for sales, startups, and business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable networking online and building relationships virtually
• Self-motivated and organized with great attention to detail
• Interest in investor communities, venture funds, and accelerators
• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or CRM tools
Requirements
• Availability for at least 10 to 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelors program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior internship or coursework in financial sales, marketing, or financial partnerships is a plus
