Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Orlando, FL.

This isn’t your typical internship.

As the legal and personal assistant to the head attorney, this role is hands-on, high-trust, and mission-critical. It’s not just about filing briefs or taking notes — it’s about keeping a top legal mind focused, organized, and moving at full speed.

Prepares case files, organizes legal documents, and tracks deadlines with precision

Works closely with our legal intake and assistant team

Sits in on court appearances and hearings alongside the main attorney

Acts as a runner for the head attorney, handling both personal and professional errands

Helps keep the firm clean and orderly

Assists with posting videos and content to social media

We’re looking for a college student studying Criminal Justice or Pre-Law who’s reliable, flexible, and eager to learn. You’ll be exposed to real legal work, gain experience in the courtroom, and see firsthand what it takes to run a law firm.

This is a paid internship — $13/hour.

It’s not just an internship. It’s a front-row seat to how a law firm really runs.

Qualifications

Knowledge of law and legal principles

Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex information

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Currently enrolled in a university with a Criminal Justice or Pre-Law major

Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.)
