Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level, hands-on training opportunity designed for candidates interested in developing skills in mechanical systems maintenance, repair, and diagnostics within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the inspection, servicing, and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, and production machinery

· Learn and adhere to safety procedures, company standards, and equipment manuals

· Support preventive maintenance tasks and keep accurate maintenance records

· Participate in root-cause analysis of mechanical faults and recommend solutions

· Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to develop technical knowledge

· Keep workspaces clean, organized, and in compliance with housekeeping standards

Qualifications

· Minimum of a technical diploma or OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

· Basic understanding of mechanical tools, machinery, and safety practices

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industrial setting

· Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

· Good communication and teamwork skills
