IT Change Manager

The Change Manager will lead and support organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans

• Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels

• Design and deliver training and enablement programs

• Monitor user experience and adoption metrics

• Drive continuous improvement and change reinforcement

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing, retail, food, or agri industry

• Proven expertise in change management, methodologies, training, and stakeholder engagement

• Strong knowledge of training, UX best practices, and adoption analysis

• Background in project management or business transformation
