Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Thane. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration. The role includes conducting regular HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting employee relations and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills

• Experience with Employees management, recruitment and handling grievances

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
