HR Supervisor (English Speaker)

What you'll be doing

Providing end-to-end HR support, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration

Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and implement effective HR strategies and solutions

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Facilitating training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Serving as a trusted advisor and sounding board for employees on HR-related matters

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role

Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws in Indonesia

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically

Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
