Ensure compliance with SOPs: Ensure that all Facial Therapists and Nurses follow the clinic’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for treatments, patient care, and safety protocols.
Maintain service quality: Monitor the quality of services provided by the Facial Therapists and Nurses, ensuring that they meet the clinic's medical standards and exceed patient expectations.
Act as liaison: Serve as the communication link between doctors and the Facial Therapist and Nurse teams, ensuring that any changes or updates regarding work areas, procedures, or treatments are communicated efficiently.
Handle patient and internal complaints: Address and resolve patient complaints and internal issues regarding the performance and quality of services provided by Facial Therapists and Nurses.
Development of team skills and knowledge: Take responsibility for the continuous development of Facial Therapists and Nurses in the field, offering training and opportunities for professional growth to ensure they stay current with the latest techniques and medical advancements.
Job Requirement:
Degree or certification in the medical or healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Assistant, or related qualifications).
Must hold an active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR) as a registered nurse.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a nurse, preferably in a beauty clinic setting.
Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to the beauty clinic industry.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and colleagues.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt easily to changes in the clinic’s working environment.
