Summary
Our client is an Advertising Agency located at Ikeja, Lagos. They are in need of a Graduate Business Development Officer who would be using research skills to identify potential new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, develop proposals, and contribute to overall sales growth within a company, while receiving on-the-job training and mentorship to further develop their business development expertise, often targeted towards recent graduates with limited experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and pinpoint new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
Craft compelling proposals outlining the company's solutions and value proposition to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads, provide product information, and close deals.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Recent graduate with a strong academic record
Passion for sales and business development
Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
