Call for Facilitators- Virtual Akili Dada Alumnae Inspire Sessions

SCOPE OF WORK

Akili Dada is seeking to engage facilitators to conduct the sessions on:

Career preparedness and navigating the job market

Personal branding and building confidence (Personal branding and effective communication skills)

Mental Health and Awareness- how to cope with mental health challenges and navigate them with the right tools.

Peer – peer mentorship

Digital Literacy and Branding- Creating a positive and impactful online presence

Emotional Intelligence and Resilience

Personal Financial Management- Financial Literacy

Girl – led & Young Women Led advocacy

Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights

Feminist Transformative Leadership

DELIVERABLES

Hold an inception meeting with Akili Dada to clarify TORs (Terms of Reference) and understanding of the assignment.

Share content with Akili Dada for review

Facilitation of the topic as per area of expertise to Akili Dada Alumnae.

Submit a report to Akili Dada within one week after the facilitation.

Provide reading materials to the participants during and after the sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal facilitator should have the following qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of the chosen area of discussion for the sessions.

Excellent report writing skills.

Excellent mode of delivery to the participants, which should be engaging and thoughtprovoking.

Experience in facilitation relating to the age group of the engagement and topic of discussion
