Roles and Responsibilities
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Pursuing leads and ensuring closure through the sales cycle.
Researching prospective clients in target markets
Identifying and researching B2B opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client specific business needs
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Developing rapport with key decision makers
Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in B2B.
development role within the security services industry or related sectors.
Strong understanding of the security management services industry in Nigeria.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Sound financial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
