You will be working in a business that specializes in placing insurance risks across domestic & commercial businesses. The primary objective of the role is:
Work with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals and endorsements
Manage your own portfolio of claims from lodgment to completion and provide an excellent level of service to the client.
Communicate effectively with insurers in relation to claims and determining coverage and negotiating settlements.
You will be responsible for leaving detailed notes on insight for all client enquiries and claims.
Source competitive quotations for domestic insurance products. Opportunity for staff members to further skills through professional development, moving towards quotations and management of commercial insurance products.
