Roles & Responsibilities

Clean, structure, and manage internal datasets Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Run predictive or trend analysis.

Explore AI tools to improve internal workflows and external customer service.

Propose and test small-scale automations (e.g., chatbots, data extraction scripts).

Translate business questions into clear data and AI opportunities.

Document data processes and AI experiments.

Required

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Excel for analysis.

Interest in AI/ML tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.).

Curious and proactive about improving how things work.

Able to explain technical ideas in simple, clear terms.

Team player with good communication and documentation habits.

Experience And Qualifications

A university degree.

Must have completed NYSC.
