Job Qualification :

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources

At least 2 years of consistent experience as a Talent Acquisition; having experience in a Chinese company is a plus

Fluent English is a MUST

Ability to adapt and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Able to join As Soon As Possible

Job Description :

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, salary nego, hiring, contract making, and onboarding employees in a company

Support succession planning and talent strategy to identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent pool or social engagements

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals

Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve hiring processes
