Job Description :
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, salary nego, hiring, contract making, and onboarding employees in a company
Support succession planning and talent strategy to identify future talent needs and proactively develop a talent pool or social engagements
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve hiring processes
