Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our
social media efforts and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal
candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best
practices, with a proven ability to create and execute effective social media
strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social
media presence, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics
to enhance online presence and brand reputation of our clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
Ability to create and manage engaging content across various platforms
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
Creativity and a keen eye for digital trends
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics for both internal and client accounts
Post content regularly on behalf of clients across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok while ensuring brand tone and consistency
Monitor and manage social media activity for client accounts by responding to comments, direct messages, and community interactions
Track and report performance metrics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics to support campaign optimization
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new features, and digital trends to suggest fresh content approaches and strategy updates
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns including budget tracking, audience targeting, and ad performance monitoring
Support in addressing client queries and handling any negative feedback on social platforms in a professional and timely manner
