Research & Development Staff

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.

Maximum 2 years of working experience in polymer processing or building material manufacturing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Have experience in PVC industry will be advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in English.

Good knowledge in software applications; CAD drafting skill is a plus.

Main job description:

Conduct research and testing to develop and evaluate alternative materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize product specifications.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Evaluate existing products to enhance quality and performance.

Prepare technical data testing and documents.

Provide technical support to the sales/marketing team.
