Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and launch campaigns for flight deals, tour packages, and seasonal promotions across digital (social, email, web) and offline channels.
Leverage travel trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to refine messaging and targeting.
Build partnerships with airlines, influencers, and industry stakeholders to amplify reach.
Manage end-to-end ticketing in Amadeus and Galileo: reservations, ticket issuance/reissues, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Ensure compliance with IATA standards, fare constructions, taxes, surcharges, and airline policies.
Provide proactive support and clear communication to resolve booking issues and inquiries.
Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to guarantee a smooth travel journey.
Requirements:
2+ years in travel marketing, ticketing, or both
Degree in any field
Proficient in Amadeus & Galileo GDS
Strong digital-marketing skills: social media, email campaigns, analytics
In-depth knowledge of IATA rules and fare construction
Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational abilities
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 600,000
