Job Description

Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred

We are hiring for our client seeking a dynamic Leasing Sales Head to spearhead leasing and business development for a large Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving warehouse leasing (Ready-to-Move and Built-to-Suit), acquiring and managing key clients, and forging strategic alliances in the logistics and infrastructure ecosystem.

Key Highlights

• 12+ years of experience in leasing and sales within logistics, warehousing, industrial parks, or infrastructure sectors.

• Proven success in leasing transactions, client acquisition, and tenant relationship management.

• Domain expertise in multimodal logistics (rail terminals, ICDs, bonded warehouses).

• Experience working with Indian Railways, Customs, and NHLML is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Business Development

• Lead leasing strategy and execution for Ready-to-Move and Built-to-Suit warehouse spaces.

• Drive customer acquisition across 3PLs, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and other key sectors.

• Develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline for industrial and logistics leasing.

• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate occupiers, IPCs, and brokers.

• Build partnerships to operate multimodal infrastructure—rail terminals, bonded warehouses, ICDs.

Sales Strategy & Channel Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and leasing consultants.

• Define and implement sales performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting frameworks.

• Design and execute region-wise leasing campaigns and demand generation programs.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements of Indian Railways, Customs, NHLML, etc.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align leasing activities with operational readiness.

• Maintain documentation, lease agreements, SOPs, and audit trail of commercial transactions.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a result-oriented leasing and business development team.

• Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and client-centricity.

• Mentor team members and drive capability development and succession planning.
