Graduate Trainee

We are seeking ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program. This program is designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience and exposure to key functions of our organization. As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with various departments and participate in a structured development plan that includes on-the-job training, mentoring, and project-based assignments.

Responsibilities:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.

Rotate through different departments to gain insight into business processes and functions.

Support teams with day-to-day tasks and project work.

Assist in data collection, analysis, and report preparation.

Collaborate with colleagues and managers on strategic initiatives.

Contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.

Prepare presentations and documents as required.

Maintain accurate records of work progress and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

OND, HND, BSc in [Business, Engineering, IT, Finance, or relevant field].

Recent graduate (within the last 1–2 years).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to take on diverse challenges and responsibilities.
