**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Procurement Manager to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement activities across multiple projects.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve target pricing.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Manage vendor qualification processes and conduct commercial and contractual analysis.
Document procurement processes and ensure full compliance with working procedures.
Work closely with package managers to coordinate commercial negotiations and achieve target pricing.
Perform financial and commercial analysis, market intelligence, and cost breakdown structures to drive decision-making.
Conduct internal contract check points to minimize risks and ensure contractual protections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a buyer with an EPC company.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, commercial negotiation, and contract management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
